The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has an overall score of 68.7, which is a little bit better than LG G Pad II 10.1's 67.4 general score. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has the older 4.2.2 version while LG G Pad II 10.1 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's body is incredibly lighter and a little bit thinner than LG G Pad II 10.1, despite of the fact that it was released 2 years before.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch and LG G Pad II 10.1 both have very similar screens, although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a much lower 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, a really smaller display and a bit inferior pixels count in each inch in the screen. LG G Pad II 10.1 has a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has just 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The LG G Pad II 10.1 has a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores. LG G Pad II 10.1 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a 7400mAh battery size.
LG G Pad II 10.1 counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have the same resolution back facing camera, the LG G Pad II 10.1 also has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
