Comparison review

LG G Pad II 8.0 has an overall score of 58.3, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab 10.1's 58.1 global score. Even though LG G Pad II 8.0 is just a bit thicker than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, it's noticeably lighter and notably newer. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but LG G Pad II 8.0 has the newer 5.0 Lollipop version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version, counting with lots of additional features.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a little more vivid screen than LG G Pad II 8.0, because although it has a bit lower display pixels density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 also counts with a bigger screen. The LG G Pad II 8.0 has a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G Pad II 8.0 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 128 GB.

The LG G Pad II 8.0 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a larger number of cores. Galaxy Tab 10.1 features just a bit better camera than LG G Pad II 8.0, although it has a way worse 3 mega pixels resolution back facing camera. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a superior battery lifetime than LG G Pad II 8.0, because it has a 62% more battery capacity.
