Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has an overall score of 67.8, which is much better than LG G Pad II 8.0's global score of 58.3. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has the previous 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad II 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's body is somewhat thinner than LG G Pad II 8.0, although it's noticeably heavier and was released a bit more over a year before.

Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a bit better performance than LG G Pad II 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also has an additional graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a little more vivid screen than LG G Pad II 8.0, because although it has a just a little lower pixel density, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also counts with a bigger display.

The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 shoots a bit better photos and videos than LG G Pad II 8.0, although it has a camera in the back with a much lower 3 megapixels resolution. LG G Pad II 8.0 counts with much more memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB and more internal storage.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a superior battery lifetime than LG G Pad II 8.0, because it has a 62 percent greater battery size.
