The LG G Pad II 8.0 is slightly better than the Sony Tablet S, having a score of 58.3 against 57.5. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad II 8.0 has a newer 5.0 Lollipop version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0, so it counts with a couple additional features. LG G Pad II 8.0 is a much newer tablet, and it is also extremely lighter and thinner than the Sony Tablet S.
