The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is slightly better than the LG G Pad III 8.0, having a global score of 67.8 against 64.3. These tablets have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has an older 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad III 8.0 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's construction has the same thickness than LG G Pad III 8.0, but it's extremely heavier.

The LG G Pad III 8.0 features just a bit better screen than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a much better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and a way greater display density. LG G Pad III 8.0 counts with a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM.

Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a slightly better camera than LG G Pad III 8.0, although it has a way lower video quality and a way worse 3 MP resolution camera in the back.

The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a much longer battery duration than LG G Pad III 8.0, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity against 4800mAh.
