Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a score of 68.5, which is a bit better than the LG G Pad X 10.1's general score of 67.4. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the older 4.2.2 version while LG G Pad X 10.1 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Although the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is older and just a little thicker than LG G Pad X 10.1, it's body is still notably lighter.
