The LG G Pad X 10.1 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, having a general score of 67.4 against 58.1. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the LG G Pad X 10.1 has the newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version, offering some additional features and performance enhancements. LG G Pad X 10.1 is a noticeably newer portable tablet, and it's also thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy Tab 10.1.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with a slightly better screen than LG G Pad X 10.1, although it has a much worse count of pixels per screen inch and a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution, they both have a same size screen. LG G Pad X 10.1 counts with a greater processing power than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has 2 more cpu cores.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 takes clearer pictures and videos than LG G Pad X 10.1, although it has a way lower 3 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a lower video definition.
