LG G Pad X 10.1 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), with a score of 67.4 against 60.4. The LG G Pad X 10.1 body is thinner but notably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), and they were released with only 7 months difference. Both tablets in this review have the same Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.

The LG G Pad X 10.1 counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a just a little more pixels per inch in the display, a much bigger display and a much better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution. The LG G Pad X 10.1 counts with much more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has 32 GB internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

LG G Pad X 10.1 has a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G Pad X 10.1 also has 512 MB more RAM.
