LG G Pad X 8.3 has an overall score of 61.1, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0's 60.1 score. Both of these tablets include the same Android 5.0 OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. Despite being the best tablet in this comparison, LG G Pad X 8.3 is a somewhat heavier and thicker tablet than Galaxy Tab A 8.0.

The LG G Pad X 8.3 has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G Pad X 8.3 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The LG G Pad X 8.3 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a bit bigger screen, a way better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a way better pixels count per screen inch.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0's storage to install applications and games is very similar to LG G Pad X 8.3's one, both have equal 16 GB internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 128 GB. The LG G Pad X 8.3 has a little longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a 14% greater battery capacity.

LG G Pad X 8.3 features a lot better camera than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a lot better video resolution and a much more megapixels back facing camera.

The LG G Pad X 8.3 costs a bit more money than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
