Comparison review
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 67.9, which is a bit better than the LG G Pad X II 10.1's 65.4 global score. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's design is way lighter and a bit thinner than the LG G Pad X II 10.1, although it was released many years before. Both tablets we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has the previous 4.4 version and LG G Pad X II 10.1 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a bit better performance than LG G Pad X II 10.1, although it has lesser cpu cores , they both have the same RAM amount. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a much sharper screen than LG G Pad X II 10.1, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better pixel number per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.
LG G Pad X II 10.1 has a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because although it has just 16 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a better camera than LG G Pad X II 10.1, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has a back-facing camera with lot more MP.
The LG G Pad X II 10.1 features a much better battery life than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
