The Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has an overall score of 68.9, which is just a bit better than the LG G Pad X II 10.1's global score of 65.4. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has 7.0 Nougat version and LG G Pad X II 10.1 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, giving some extra features and optimized performance. Although Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 and the LG G Pad X II 10.1 were only released 8 months apart, Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 is notably lighter and just a bit thinner.

LG G Pad X II 10.1 and Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 count with very similar displays, both have a screen of the same size, the same exact 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution and the same number of pixels per screen inch.
