Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has an overall score of 80, which is much better than LG G Pad X II 10.1's 65.4 global score. The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has Windows 10 OS, and LG G Pad X II 10.1 works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch and the LG G Pad X II 10.1 were released with only a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch's construction is heavier but just a bit thinner than the LG G Pad X II 10.1.

The Galaxy Book 12-inch has a bit faster processor than LG G Pad X II 10.1, because although it has 6 lesser cores (although they are faster), it also counts with 6 GB more RAM memory. The LG G Pad X II 10.1 and the Galaxy Book 12-inch both feature very similar displays, because although the Galaxy Book 12-inch has a bit worse display density, it also counts with a larger screen and a little higher 2160 x 1440px resolution.

Galaxy Book 12-inch takes much clearer pictures and videos than LG G Pad X II 10.1, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Galaxy Book 12-inch also has a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels. Galaxy Book 12-inch features a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G Pad X II 10.1, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.

LG G Pad X II 10.1 has improved battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
