LG G Pad X II 10.1 has an overall score of 65.4, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s 60.7 overall score. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but LG G Pad X II 10.1 has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1. The LG G Pad X II 10.1 design is much newer and thinner than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s, but it is also much heavier.

The LG G Pad X II 10.1 has a superior CPU than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has more RAM and a higher number of cores. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a bit better looking screen than LG G Pad X II 10.1, although it has a much smaller screen, a bit less pixels per display inch and a way lower resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels.

The LG G Pad X II 10.1 features much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because although it has only 16 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G Pad X II 10.1 features a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 6000mAh battery size.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) takes clearer photographs and videos than LG G Pad X II 10.1, although it has a lot lower 1280x720 video definition and a much less mega pixels back-facing camera.
