The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is better than LG G Pad X II 10.1, having a 74.5 score against 65.4. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a just a bit heavier tablet device than the LG G Pad X II 10.1, but they are 0.31inches thick. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has 9.0 Pie version while LG G Pad X II 10.1 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, giving a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements.

Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a bit better CPU than LG G Pad X II 10.1, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a display that's very similar to the screen in LG G Pad X II 10.1, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a just a little lower count of pixels per display inch, and they both have an equal resolution of 1200 x 1920px, it also counts with a little larger display.

The LG G Pad X II 10.1 has a superior memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 takes greater videos and photos than LG G Pad X II 10.1, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has a lot better 8 MP resolution back facing camera.

Galaxy Tab A 10.5 counts with improved battery lifetime than LG G Pad X II 10.1, because it has a 22 percent larger battery size.
