LG G Pad X II 10.1 is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, getting a 65.4 score against 62.8. LG G Pad X II 10.1's body is newer than Galaxy Tab A 8.0's, although it's heavier and a little bit thicker. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G Pad X II 10.1 has the previous 6.0 Marshmallow version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat.

The LG G Pad X II 10.1 counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and also faster). The LG G Pad X II 10.1 features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because it has a much better 1920 x 1200 resolution, a better number of pixels per inch in the screen and a bigger screen.
