LG G Pad X II 10.1 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7, getting a 65.4 score against 60.5. Even though LG G Pad X II 10.1 is newer than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7, it is somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad X II 10.1 has older 6.0 Marshmallow version while Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.

The LG G Pad X II 10.1 features a better display than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a bit larger screen, a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and way more pixels per inch in the display. LG G Pad X II 10.1 has a much better memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G Pad X II 10.1 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.

LG G Pad X II 10.1 features just a little better performance than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has 4 more cores and more RAM memory. Galaxy Tab A 9.7 features a battery lifetime that is very similar to the LG G Pad X II 10.1 one. The LG G Pad X II 10.1 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 both count with extremely similar cameras, they have the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition, the same video frame rate and the same resolution back facing camera.
