The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is much better than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, with a 69 score against 62.5. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019)'s construction is newer than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus's, although it's somewhat thicker and heavier. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has an older 11 version and LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.

LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), and although they both have a screen with the same size, the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus also has a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a better pixels number per inch of display. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) counts with a bit better performance than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, although it has a lower number of cores , they both have a 2 GB RAM memory.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) takes greater photos and videos than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) also has a back-facing camera with a way better resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) features a way better battery life than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity instead of 2900mAh.
