The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 67.9, which is much better than LG Optimus Pad LTE's 56.4 global score. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a incredibly newer device, and it is also thinner and incredibly lighter than the LG Optimus Pad LTE. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has newer 4.4 version while LG Optimus Pad LTE has Android 3.2 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and better performance.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a much sharper display than LG Optimus Pad LTE, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has a lot greater screen density and a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.
