Blackview Tab 60 has a global score of 57.9, which is a bit better than LG Optimus Pad LTE's global score of 56.4. These devices have Android OS, but Blackview Tab 60 has newer 13 version while LG Optimus Pad LTE has Android 3.2 version. The Blackview Tab 60 is a much newer tablet device, and it's also noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner than LG Optimus Pad LTE.
