The Microsoft Surface 2 is a bit better than the Acer Iconia W700, getting a score of 63.4 against 59.6. The Microsoft Surface 2 is a newer tablet device, and it is also incredibly thinner and noticeably lighter than Acer Iconia W700. Both of these devices come with Windows OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface 2 has newer RT 8.1 version while Acer Iconia W700 has Windows 8 Pro version, so it gives you some nice extra features.
