The Microsoft Surface 2 has a general score of 63.4, which is just a bit better than the iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen)'s global score of 60.6. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with Windows RT 8.1 operating system, and iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen) comes with iPadOS 15.x operating system. Microsoft Surface 2 features a much greater processing power than Apple iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen), although it has a lower amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster).
The Microsoft Surface 2 features a much better looking display than iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen), although it has a bit smaller screen, a way worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a just a little lower display density. The Apple iPad Air 12.9 -inch (6th Gen) captures much better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a camera with a way higher resolution.
