Microsoft Surface 2 has a general score of 63.4, which is slightly better than Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro)'s 63.3 global score. The Microsoft Surface 2 is a notably thicker and heavier tablet than the Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro). The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with Windows RT 8.1 operating system, while Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro) comes with iPadOS 18.x operating system.
The Microsoft Surface 2 has a much more powerful processor than iPad mini (A17 Pro), although it has an inferior number of cores.
