The Microsoft Surface 2 has a global score of 63.4, which is a bit better than Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi's 58.5 general score. Both of these devices include Windows operating system, but Microsoft Surface 2 has the newer RT 8.1 version and Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi has Windows 8.1. The Microsoft Surface 2 design is thicker and heavier than Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi.
