Blackview Tab 18 is much better than the Microsoft Surface 2, with a score of 71.2 against 63.4. The Blackview Tab 18 works with Android 13 OS, and Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 OS. Blackview Tab 18 is a newer tablet device, and it's also a little lighter and thinner than the Microsoft Surface 2.
The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a bit more vivid display than Blackview Tab 18, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater screen pixel density.
