The Microsoft Surface 2 has a general score of 63.4, which is a bit better than Dell Venue 8 7840's score of 61. The Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 OS, while Dell Venue 8 7840 comes with Android 4.4 OS. The Microsoft Surface 2 construction is extremely thicker and extremely heavier than the Dell Venue 8 7840.
