The Google Nexus 9 has a score of 74.5, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface 2's 63.4 global score. Google Nexus 9's construction is newer, thinner and extremely lighter than the Microsoft Surface 2. Google Nexus 9 works with Android 5.0 operating system, and Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 operating system.
The Google Nexus 9 features a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a better resolution of 2048 x 1536.
