Comparison review
Lenovo Miix 510 is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface 2, with a general score of 66.6 against 63.4. Both tablets in this comparison have Windows OS (Operating System), but the Lenovo Miix 510 has an older 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 version. The Lenovo Miix 510 is a a lot newer tablet than Microsoft Surface 2, but it is somewhat thicker and much heavier.
