Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 2 has a global score of 63.4, which is a bit better than Lenovo Miix2's general score of 59.3. These tablets come with Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface 2 has newer RT 8.1 version while Lenovo Miix2 has Windows 8.1 version, so it gives a lot of extra features. Microsoft Surface 2's body is much heavier and a little bit thicker than the Lenovo Miix2.
The Lenovo Miix2 features a little faster processor than Microsoft Surface 2. Both have a Quad-Core processor and 2 GB of RAM memory. Lenovo Miix2 features a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 2, although it has a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution, a lot smaller screen and a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen.
Lenovo Miix2 features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Microsoft Surface 2 and Lenovo Miix2 feature extremely similar cameras, they have a same resolution camera. The Lenovo Miix2's battery duration is just as good as Microsoft Surface 2's battery life.
Although Microsoft Surface 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Lenovo Miix2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo Miix2. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface 2, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Lenovo Miix2, giving up a couple specs and features.
