Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 63.4, which is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 2's 63.4 global score. These devices come with Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has an older 8.1 Pro version while Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 version. Although the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better tablet than Microsoft Surface 2, we must note that it's also a somewhat heavier and a little thicker tablet.
Microsoft Surface 2 counts with just a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a bit more pixels per inch in the screen, a quite bigger display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2160.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a camera that's very similar to the camera in Microsoft Surface 2, both of them have the same video frame rates, the same (Full HD) video definition and the same resolution back camera. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a battery duration that's very similar to Microsoft Surface 2's battery lifetime.
Even being the best tablet in this comparison, Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
