Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than Microsoft Surface 2, getting a 72.2 score against 63.4. Both of these tablets have Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has the previous 8.1 Pro version and Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's body is somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Microsoft Surface 2.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 2160 pixels, a just a little more pixels per screen inch and a quite bigger display. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

The Microsoft Surface 2 features just a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores. The Microsoft Surface 2 and the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 have really similar cameras, both of them have the same video frame rates, a back facing camera with a 5 megapixels resolution and the same (Full HD) video resolution.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a battery performance that is very similar to Microsoft Surface 2's battery life.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a little more expensive than Microsoft Surface 2, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
