Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is better than the Microsoft Surface 2, having a score of 75.1 against 63.4. Both tablets we compare here come with Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has the older 10 Pro version and Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 version. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 construction is way newer and a bit thinner, but also heavier than Microsoft Surface 2.

Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a lot better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with more processing cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a better pixel quantity per inch of display, a way higher resolution of 1824 x 2736px and a larger screen.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface 2, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 also has a camera in the back with a lot better resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a superior memory for apps and games than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4's battery lifetime is just as good as the Microsoft Surface 2 one.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we compare here, Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is also by far the cheapest one, which makes it a great choice.
