Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a score of 66.5, which is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface 2's score of 63.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's design is somewhat thicker but notably lighter than the Microsoft Surface 2, and both of them were released with only a couple of months difference. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 operating system, and Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 operating system.
