Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has an overall score of 68.6, which is a bit better than Microsoft Surface 2's overall score of 63.4. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch works with Android 4.2.2 operating system, while Microsoft Surface 2 works with Windows RT 8.1 operating system. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's design is lighter and somewhat thinner than the Microsoft Surface 2, even though both were only released 4 months apart.
The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a way better 1080 x 1920 resolution, a much larger screen and a quite higher pixel number in each inch of display.
