Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has an overall score of 70, which is better than Microsoft Surface 2's overall score of 63.4. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is somewhat thicker than the Microsoft Surface 2, it's noticeably lighter and also incredibly newer. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while Microsoft Surface 2 works with Windows RT 8.1 operating system.
The Microsoft Surface 2 features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a much larger screen, a just a bit higher number of pixels in each display inch and a much higher 1080 x 1920 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a bit superior CPU than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has more RAM and a higher number of cores.
