Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a lot better than Microsoft Surface 2, getting a general score of 79 against 63.4. Galaxy Tab Active 3 comes with Android 10 OS, while Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 OS. Although Galaxy Tab Active 3 is thicker than the Microsoft Surface 2, it's lighter and a lot newer.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a quite better resolution of 1200 x 1920px. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has much more storage for apps and games than Microsoft Surface 2. They have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a quite better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a much better battery duration than Microsoft Surface 2. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 takes much better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 2, because it has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a camera with much more mega pixels.
