Xperia Z2 Tablet is much better than Microsoft Surface 2, getting a 69.8 score against 63.4. Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with Android 4.4.4 operating system, and Microsoft Surface 2 works with Windows RT 8.1 operating system. Although Xperia Z2 Tablet and Microsoft Surface 2 were released with only 5 months difference, Xperia Z2 Tablet is lighter and incredibly thinner.
The Xperia Z2 Tablet has a little bit better screen than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater number of pixels in each inch of display and a bit higher 1200 x 1920 resolution. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a superior memory to store more apps and games than Xperia Z2 Tablet, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.
