Microsoft Surface 3 is a little bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021), having a 66.3 score against 61.8. Microsoft Surface 3 is a older and incredibly heavier tablet than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021), but Microsoft managed to build it a little thinner anyway. The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) counts with a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with more CPU cores.
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit worse 1200 x 1920px resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher number of pixels per inch in the screen.
