The Microsoft Surface 3 has a general score of 66.3, which is a bit better than the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (7th Gen)'s 65.4 general score. Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (7th Gen) features a screen that's very similar to Microsoft Surface 3's display, although the Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (7th Gen) also has a just a little better pixels amount in each inch in the screen, a lot higher 2048 x 2732 resolution and a larger screen.
