Comparison review
The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has a score of 74.8, which is much better than Microsoft Surface 3's general score of 66.3. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen)'s body is much lighter and thinner than Microsoft Surface 3. The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) and Microsoft Surface 3 both feature really similar displays, although the Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) also has a larger screen, a lot better 2064 x 2752 pixels resolution and a little greater pixels number in each inch in the display.
Microsoft Surface 3 has a really superior performance than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has less RAM memory and 4 lesser CPU cores. The iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) counts with a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity.
IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has a battery duration that's just as good as the Microsoft Surface 3 one. Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) takes much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a much higher 12 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a lot better video definition.
Although Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Microsoft Surface 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Microsoft Surface 3. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Microsoft Surface 3, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
