Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is slightly better than the Asus ZenPad 3S 10 Z500M's 65.2 score. Despite being the best tablet device in our current comparison, Microsoft Surface 3's construction is older, extremely heavier and thicker than Asus ZenPad 3S 10 Z500M. The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 Z500M has a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a little bit better pixel number in each inch in the display.
The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 Z500M has a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface 3, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Asus ZenPad 3S 10 Z500M also has a higher number of cores (and faster). The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 Z500M features a better camera than Microsoft Surface 3. They have a 8 MP camera, the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality.
Microsoft Surface 3 has a slightly bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ZenPad 3S 10 Z500M, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 Z500M features a much longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3.
