Microsoft Surface 3 is just a bit better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, having a global score of 66.3 against 65.2. Microsoft Surface 3 is a noticeably older, somewhat heavier and thicker tablet than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 features a bit better processing power than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a higher number of 1600 MHz cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
