Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is much better than the Google Pixel C's general score of 59.4. Although it's the best in this review, it must be noted that it's also somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. The Google Pixel C counts with a lot better display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1800 x 2560 pixels and a greater number of pixels per screen inch.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel C, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and faster). The Microsoft Surface 3 features a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel C, because it has 128 GB internal memory.
Google Pixel C's battery duration is very similar to the Microsoft Surface 3 one. Google Pixel C's camera is just as good as Microsoft Surface 3's camera, they have a same resolution camera, the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality.
The Microsoft Surface 3 is not only the best devices in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest, which makes it a no doubt choice.
