Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 is better than the HP ProPad 600, with a 66.3 score against 58.2. The Microsoft Surface 3 is a newer tablet device, and it's also somewhat thinner and a little lighter than the HP ProPad 600. HP ProPad 600's processing unit is very similar to the Microsoft Surface 3 one, both have 4 cpu cores and a 4 GB RAM memory.
The HP ProPad 600 counts with a much better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than HP ProPad 600, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Microsoft Surface 3 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than HP ProPad 600. Both have a back-facing camera with an 8 mega pixels resolution. The HP ProPad 600 has a way better battery life than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HP ProPad 600, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HP ProPad 600. If you want to save some money, you can buy HP ProPad 600, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
