Microsoft Surface 3 is better than Lenovo Miix2, having a overall score of 66.3 against 59.3. The Microsoft Surface 3 design is newer than Lenovo Miix2's, although it's incredibly heavier and a bit thicker. The Lenovo Miix2 counts with a sharper display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a really smaller screen, a bit lower pixels density and a much lower 800 x 1280 resolution.
