Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is a little bit better than Lenovo TAB3 10's general score of 61.9. Lenovo TAB3 10 has a display that is very similar to Microsoft Surface 3's display, because although the Lenovo TAB3 10 has a little smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1200, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch.
Microsoft Surface 3 features slightly more memory capacity for games and applications than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Lenovo TAB3 10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has more RAM memory.
