Microsoft Surface 3 is slightly better than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus, getting a general score of 66.3 against 62.2. Although Microsoft Surface 3 is older and way thicker than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus, it's design is still just a little lighter. Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus features a bit more powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores.
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus counts with just a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better display density.
