Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is better than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10's general score of 57.8. Although it's the best in our current comparison, Microsoft Surface 3's design is just a bit heavier and somewhat thicker than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. Microsoft Surface 3 has a little more vivid display than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because it has a higher display pixels density, a much better 1920 x 1280 resolution and a quite larger screen.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit better CPU than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 takes a bit better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way lower resolution camera and a worse video definition. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 counts with a really longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
