Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 is slightly better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, having a overall score of 66.3 against 60.4. The Microsoft Surface 3 construction is newer, but extremely thicker and just a bit heavier than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has 2 GB more RAM.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a little bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite lower 1200 x 1920 resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch. Microsoft Surface 3 takes slightly better photographs and videos than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+. Both of them have a back facing camera with an 8 megapixels resolution.
The Microsoft Surface 3 features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface 3.
