Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a score of 72.2, which is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface 3's 66.3 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 design is older, a bit thicker and extremely heavier than Microsoft Surface 3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a little bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a quite larger screen, a quite better 1440 x 2160px resolution and a just a little more pixels per inch of screen.
The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit faster processor than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with more 1600 MHz cpu cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features much more storage for applications and games than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has more internal memory.
Microsoft Surface 3 takes clearer photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a much higher 8 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's battery duration is very similar to Microsoft Surface 3's battery duration.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Microsoft Surface 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Microsoft Surface 3. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 3, otherwise you can save some money and get the Microsoft Surface 3, resigning some specs and features.
