Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface 3, getting a general score of 66.9 against 66.3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a a lot newer and a little thinner tablet than Microsoft Surface 3, although it's also extremely heavier. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a much higher 2736 x 1824 resolution, a quite larger screen and a little bit higher pixel number in each inch of display.
Microsoft Surface 3 and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 have similar memory capacity to store more games and applications, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has an inferior number of cores , they both have 4 GB of RAM.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7's camera is just as good as the camera in Microsoft Surface 3, both of them have the same video frame rate, a back-facing camera with an 8 MP resolution and the same (Full HD) video resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro 7's battery lifetime is very similar to the Microsoft Surface 3 one.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Microsoft Surface 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Microsoft Surface 3. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Microsoft Surface 3, giving up a couple specifications.
